Welcome to GG Academy. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online booking system, classes, events, parties, and other services provided by Gamers Grove Academy.

By using our website, purchasing a product or service, making a reservation, registering for a class or event, or otherwise participating in activities at Gamers Grove, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

GG Academy provides educational programs, gaming experiences, private parties, events, tournaments, and related services for children, teens, adults, and families.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or remove a participant from our premises or activities when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment.

2. House Rules and Code of Conduct

All guests, students, participants, parents, guardians, and visitors are expected to:

• Treat staff, instructors, participants, and other guests with respect.

• Follow instructions provided by GG Academy staff and instructors.

• Avoid yelling, disruptive behavior, offensive or abusive language, fighting, roughhousing, or behavior that interferes with other guests.

• Not damage, tamper with, borrow, or remove GG Academy property or equipment without permission.

• Not engage in cheating, hacking, theft, unauthorized access, or attempts to manipulate GG Academy systems.

• Not access, display, transmit, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, excessively violent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content on GG Academy equipment or networks.

• Follow all applicable game, platform, software, and copyright rules.

• Not use GG Academy's internet, computers, devices, or other systems for unlawful activity.

Gamers Grove reserves the right to remove any person who violates these rules. Depending on the circumstances, removal may occur without a refund.

3. Minors and Parental Supervision

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the children and minors in their care while attending GG Academy.

Certain games, activities, or content may have age restrictions. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether a particular game, class, event, or activity is appropriate for their child.

Children may be required to have an adult present or supervising them depending on the activity and applicable age requirements.

4. Classes and Educational Programs

Class schedules, instructors, curriculum, availability, and locations are subject to change.

Students are expected to follow instructor directions and use GG Academy equipment responsibly.

GG Academy does not guarantee a particular educational outcome, skill level, project result, or achievement from participation in a class or program.

5. Parties, Events, and Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the applicable booking requirements have been completed.

The customer making a reservation is responsible for their guests and for ensuring that all guests follow GG Academy rules.

GG Academy may need to modify a reservation time, date, room, or other booking details when necessary. If a significant change is required, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may only use the areas included in their reservation and only during the reserved period.

Customers and their guests must leave the premises at the end of their reserved time unless additional time has been approved by GG Academy.

6. Property and Damages

Customers are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.

GG Academy may charge the responsible customer for reasonable costs associated with damage to equipment, furniture, fixtures, or other property.

7. Internet and Electronic Systems

GG Academy provides internet access and electronic equipment for gaming, educational, and related activities.

Users may not use GG Academy systems to:

• Violate any applicable law.

• Access another person's accounts without authorization.

• Attempt to bypass or compromise security measures.

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other destructive software.

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.

• Collect personal information about other individuals without authorization.

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users.

• Upload, transmit, or display unlawful or inappropriate material.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the premises, suspension or termination of access to GG Academy services, and/or notification of appropriate authorities where required.

8. Cyberbullying and Harassment

GG Academy does not tolerate bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, threats, discrimination, or intimidation during our classes, events, parties, tournaments, or other activities.

Concerns should be reported to a GG Academy staff member or event coordinator.

We will review reported incidents and take appropriate action based on the circumstances. This may include separating participants, contacting parents or guardians, removing an individual from an event, restricting future participation, or contacting appropriate authorities when necessary.

Retaliation against a person who reports a concern or participates in an investigation is not permitted.

9. Health and Emergencies

Parents and guardians authorize GG Academy staff to seek emergency medical assistance for a child when reasonably necessary.

If an emergency occurs, GG Academy may contact emergency services and the parent or guardian using the contact information provided during registration or booking.

Customers and participants are responsible for informing GG Academy of relevant medical, allergy, accessibility, or other safety information that staff should reasonably know in advance.

10. Website and Online Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, product descriptions, pricing, availability, schedules, images, and other information may change without notice.

GG Academy reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order or reservation when information has been published incorrectly.

11. Intellectual Property

The GG Academy name, logos, graphics, website content, photographs, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to GG Academy and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GG Academy and its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or claims arising from a customer's or participant's failure to follow our rules or instructions, or from the actions of a customer's guests or other participants.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

13. Changes to These Terms

GG Academy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date.
